Museum Day Live! was the end of September this year, which meant we got to enjoy a free museum day! We chose to visit the Discovery Gateway and the kids had so much fun.
We started off the day right, with play/tickle time in Kyler's bed! These kiddos are so good to each other and play SO well together. We're pretty lucky to be their parents! We kinda like them.
Aunt Bekah joined us for our day of fun!
We went to one of the learning activities, and learned all about clouds, and how water evaporates and then rains. Libby volunteered to help! She was the cutest little raindrop, ever.
We learned about all the different types of clouds, and then they got to make their favorite kind cloud out of cotton balls.
After out art project, they passed out some super absorbent beads (I think they are the same thing that's in diapers) and let the kids drip water on them, to see how much water they could hold.
We did lots of building and exploring. Even Spencer got in on the action.
Trapped!
Didnt' take the little sinker long to figure out how to break free, though! We can't keep this little man contained these days, he is always getting into trouble!
They were loving the earthquake simulator.
Learning about the hospital and life flight.
Future brain surgeon in the making...

After a loong day at the museum we took the kids to a pizza buffet. They kept getting coupons sent home from school for this new place that opened and had been BEGGING to go there for several weeks. It did not disappoint. It's their new favorite "dinner place" in the whole world.
They are all so good at sharing... even Spencer! haha
