It's been so wonderful to have some warm weather recently! We have been loving having a chance to get out and play in the sun! One of my favorite parts about the new place is the playgrounds. They had three big playgrounds within the complex, one of which is practically right outside our door.
This month has definitely been a crazy one... the lease on our apartment went through the end of March, and we had to give two month notice, if we were not going to extend. So, right after we got through all the wedding craziness we had to make a decision on whether or not we were going to move. We are in the process of looking for a house, so when we moved into that apartment we had NO intention of moving again, until we were moving into our OWN HOUSE. Alas, things never do go quite as planned. The apartment was raising our rent exorbitant amounts, and as we are trying to save as much money as we can, we decided we needed to get the heck out of there. We had been very unhappy with the management anyway, and a change felt right! So... the apartment hunt was on! We had decided to downsize to a two bedroom apartment, since Kyler and Libby are small enough that they are ok to share a room, and it would save more money.... and after much searching, we finally found one we liked! ...in Herriman. Basically, the middle of nowhere ;) We have been looking at houses in the same area, so we figure this will give us a taste of the commute, and we can see if it's feasible.
Thanks to some awesome, super, amazing friends and family (Thanks Daniel and Bekah!) we were able to rent a truck and move the majority of our things about a week and a half ago. We spent the following week (with what little time we had between work and kids) and this past ENTIRE weekend cleaning and moving the last of our things... and we are finally DONE! So far we are really enjoying the new place, and surviving the daily drive to work. Luckily we are able to car pool to work, and since I get off a little earlier, Kaj takes Trax home. The station is only a mile or so from the apartment, so it works out very nicely.

And... just for good measure, an adorable picture of Kyler, learning to shave. He wants to take a bath every night now, so he can "shave". Silly boy, just wait until you REALLY have to shave.
