Through the month of December Hogle Zoo opens in the evenings for "zoo lights". They have crafts and the kids can visit Santa and some of his Reindeer, then wander around to see all the lights. Just before Christmas we were able to pay the zoo a visit, with my sister Meri and her kiddos. It happened to be around 20 degrees that night, but we bundled up and braved the cold!
Of course, we had to stop for some hot chocolate after wandering the freezing cold for hours. So much fun with all the little cousins!
