Catch Up

I have had every intention of posting the last month... but there never fails to be something else to do or something else going on. September was a very busy month. We spent the first week and a half on "vacation" traveling to southern Utah for my family reunion. We camped in Cedar canyon in an area called "Bower's Flat", not too far from Duck Creek and the Mammoth cave area. Several family members couldn't make it, so we had a smaller group ("small" is relative) and we all had lots of fun. The kids LOVED having so many cousins to play with all day, everyday. It was kid heaven.
All the kids (and my soon-to-be husband, who might as well be one of the kids...) spent most of the weekend running around the woods behind our camp catching little baby horned toads.

Libby had a ball running around picking every flower in sight.
Kyler and his bestest friend/cousin Jadyn
Building a "boys only" fort

Going on a walk with Grandma!

Most exciting part of the day... getting to ride in the back of the truck! (Don't worry,  only on the backwoods roads, nothing too scary ;)

Libby teasing Daddy

Lola was LOVING finding -and chewing to pieces- every stick in sight.

Just chilling out, relaxing

Nightly campfire, Dad telling stories

Pile on Aunt Chan!
Kyler's favoritest buddy, Uncle Jonathan (or "JonaFin")

The whole 2011 clan... Our "civilized" look...
And... this is how it normally is.

After the family reunion, we had a few extra days off work and used them to travel a little further south to visit Kaj's sister and her family in St. George.

Shopping with Aunt Seren and cousins

Silly faces!
The kids starting thinking they should have fun cousin sleepovers EVERY night! It was lots of fun, we are lucky to have such great families.
