Adventure time!

We've had some awesome adventures the last couple weeks. It's been nice to get out and about despite all the nasty weather that's been going on lately. First, we had a play date with the Dyer's (my cousin Laura and her hubs Geoff) a couple weeks ago. Laura and I decided we needed to have a fun craft day with the kids! We made magnets for the fridge using mod podge and clear stones (and magnets, of course). The kids loved it and they turned out so cute! They are still LOVING playing with all the new magnets on the fridge at home. Next up, we made play dough. Equally awesome. We had so much fun. Libby and Kyler can't wait for Laura and Geoff to hurry up and give them some new friends to play with ;)
Excuse the horrible pictures. I keep forgetting my camera lately, thus all the pictures are from my phone...

The guys... they LOVED craft time ;) haha. Geoff is showing off his heavily stickered arm. The kids are SO nice to share all their stickers ;)
Our super excellent, awesome, amazing creations!

We have been talking about space lately, so I told Kyler we needed to go to the Planetarium to learn more about it. He was so excited and asked me every day for a week "How many more days until we can go learn about space?!" So, last weekend we were able to get together with some of our favorite friends, Daniel and his four year old daughter Lily, as well as Kayela and her husband Dan, and their one year old son Garrett, to go the Clark Planetarium in downtown Salt Lake to learn all about space.(unfortunately these are also cell phone pictures only)

The best part about being a mom (well one of the best parts) is that you get to do all the fun kid stuff again, without getting weird glances. Saturday was fun! Looking forward to more of that in the future.
